Yoghurt Cake

(Easy no scales—use yoghurt carton to measure out ingredients)
- 1 tub (150g) yoghurt (orange is nice but any flavour will do)
- 2 tubs caster sugar
- 3 tubs Self Raising Flour
- 1 tub Mazola or Sunflower oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
Beat all together with electric whisk until smooth. Line Loaf tin pour in & Bake for 1 ½ hours Gas mark 3—-Electric 160° C.
Adjust for fan assisted oven—150° C for about an hour.
