Yoghurt Cake

(Easy no scales—use yoghurt carton to measure out ingredients)

  • 1 tub (150g) yoghurt (orange is nice but any flavour will do)
  • 2 tubs caster sugar
  • 3 tubs Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tub Mazola or Sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

Beat all together with electric whisk until smooth. Line Loaf tin pour in & Bake for 1 ½ hours Gas mark 3—-Electric 160° C.

Adjust for fan assisted oven—150° C for about an hour.
