Ingredients
- 110g/4oz margarine or butter
- 1 tblsp. Syrup
- 170g/6oz chocolate
- 285g/10oz crushed digestive biscuits
- 170g/6oz Maltesers
Topping
- 170g/6oz chocolate
Method
Crush the biscuits.
Melt the syrup and chocolate, then fold in the biscuits and the Maltesers. Spread the mixture evenly in a tray (11x7ins)
Melt the chocolate and spread on top of the mixture. Using white chocolate or an ordinary chocolate bar for the topping makes it even better than when using cooking chocolate.
Allow to cool and set.
