Chocolate Mallow Cake

- 2 ½ oz Butter or Margarine
- 5oz Shortbread Biscuits
- 11oz Milk Chocolate Cake Covering
- 5oz Coloured Mini Mallows
Line 2lb Loaf Tin. Melt butter in a large pan. Crush biscuits roughly, leaving quite large pieces. Stir into butter mixture. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, mix butter, biscuits and mini mallows into the melted chocolate. Put in the tin and smooth over with the back of a spoon and leave to set.
Melt 4oz chocolate and spread over top of the loaf and sprinkle with mini mallows and allow it to set.
